Plan with JAM
Wedding planning software

Everyone knows where to be,
and when.

Plan with JAM is a wedding planning tool for couples and their planning teams. Build the run of show for every day of the wedding, keep the guest list and RSVPs in one place, share exactly the right details with family, vendors and the wedding party — and text guests when something changes.

Couples
One place for the schedule, the guest list and every decision — instead of a group chat and six spreadsheets.
Planning teams
Planners and coordinators run the day from a shared run of show, with per-person access so nobody sees more than they need.
Family & vendors
Each person gets their own view: the parts they are assigned to, the times, the locations and who to call.
What’s inside

Built for the week of the wedding

Not a checklist app. The parts that matter on the day itself — timing, people and access.

Run of show

Every day of the wedding, minute by minute. Move one item and everything after it shifts with it, or lock an item so it stays put. Each row shows the time first, because on the day that is what you are looking for. Print it as a run-sheet so it works even if the venue Wi-Fi does not.

Guests & RSVPs

Import your list, group households together, track RSVPs per event, and keep dietary needs, table numbers and custom questions alongside each guest. Duplicate detection catches the same person entered twice.

Per-person access
Decide exactly what each collaborator sees. A vendor sees only their own items; the couple sees everything, including private notes.
Planning board
Projects, actions and milestones with owners and due dates, so the months before the wedding stay on track.
Calendar sync
A personal calendar feed per collaborator, filtered to what they can see. Subscribe once in Apple or Google Calendar.
Files & resources
Contracts, floor plans and inspiration attached to the item they belong to, not buried in an inbox.
Reminders
Email and push digests before things are due, on a cadence each person chooses for themselves.
Works offline
Install it to the home screen. The page you are on keeps working if signal drops, and the printed run-sheet is the final fallback.
How it works

Three steps

1
Build the days
Add each day of the wedding week and fill in the run of show — ceremony, photos, travel between venues, the lot.
2
Bring people in
Invite the planner, the wedding party, family and vendors by email, and choose what each of them can see and edit.
3
Run the day
Everyone follows the same schedule on their phone. If something moves, the timeline updates and you can text the guests who need to know.
On the day

It lives on your phone

Add Plan with JAM to your home screen and it opens like an app — full screen, no browser bars, straight into the day’s schedule. That is how the wedding party, the parents and the vendors actually use it: one tap, and the run of show is there.

  • Installs from the browser — nothing to download from an app store
  • Opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app
  • The page you are on keeps working if the signal drops
  • Status changes you make offline sync when you reconnect
  • Optional push notifications for reminders

Venue Wi-Fi is unreliable everywhere, so treat offline support as a cushion rather than a guarantee — print the run-sheet as your fallback.

Text updates

Announcements

When a time changes or a shuttle is late, the couple can text the guests it affects — from the same guest list, with consent tracked per person. This is the only part of Plan with JAM that sends SMS, and it is strictly opt-in.

Announcements
Plan with JAM — Rivera & Chen wedding: the ceremony has moved to 5:00 PM. Shuttles leave the hotel lobby at 4:15.
Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
128 will receive this14 skipped · opted out or no consent
Only guests on this event who gave consent are reachable. Sending is held outside 8am–9pm in the guests’ local time.

How guests opt in

Guests give consent on the couple’s RSVP form, by ticking a box that is optional — an RSVP can be submitted without it. The wording shown to guests is:

Yes, text me wedding updates from Plan with JAM at the number above. Message frequency varies — typically a handful of messages around the wedding. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
What we send
Wedding logistics only, for the event you were invited to: schedule changes, travel and venue details, and reminders. No marketing, ever.
How often
Message frequency varies. In practice a handful of messages in the weeks around the wedding, and a few on the day itself. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, and HELP for help. Opting out applies to your number across every event on Plan with JAM.
Quiet hours
Messages are only sent between 8am and 9pm in the recipient's local time. Anything composed outside that window is held.
Your number is never sold
We do not sell, rent, or share your or your guests' mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS consent is never shared with third parties.
Who can text you
Only the couple whose wedding you were invited to, and only to numbers already on that event's guest list. Their messages cannot reach anyone else's guests.

Full detail in our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, which include our SMS Acceptable Use Policy.

About us

Who’s behind Plan with JAM

Plan with JAM began as software for one couple’s own wedding — a real run of show, a real guest list, a real planning team — and became a product because the spreadsheets and group chats everyone else relied on kept falling apart on the day itself.

Built from a real wedding
Every feature exists because something went wrong at an actual event, not because it tested well on a landing page.
Not a marketing platform
We run no ad campaigns and buy no contact lists. The only messages sent are wedding logistics to guests who asked for them.
Accountable for it
Plan with JAM is the registered brand behind every message the tool sends, and we stand behind how it is used.
What we never do
These are commitments, not aspirations. They are written into our Acceptable Use Policy.
Send marketing or promotional messages
Sell, rent or share phone numbers
Share SMS consent with third parties
Message anyone who hasn’t opted in
Buy, scrape or import purchased lists
Text outside 8am–9pm local time

Stop receiving texts
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. Opting out applies to your number across every event on Plan with JAM. You can also email us and we will remove it.

Before you rely on it

What this tool does and does not promise

We would rather be plain about the limits than have you discover them on the day.

Provided as is
Plan with JAM is a planning and coordination tool. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Delivery isn’t guaranteed
Texts, emails and push notifications depend on carriers and devices outside our control. Never rely on a notification alone for something time-critical — print the run-sheet.
Consent is the couple’s responsibility
The couple is responsible for having permission to contact the numbers they upload, and for the content of the messages they send.
We’re not part of your vendor agreements
We are not a party to any agreement between a couple and their vendors, venue or planner.

Full terms, including limitation of liability and the SMS Acceptable Use Policy, are in the Terms & Conditions.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do guests need an account?
No. Guests never sign in. They receive a link or a text; only the couple and the people they invite to collaborate have accounts.
Do you charge guests anything?
No. Guests are never charged by us. Standard message and data rates from their own carrier may apply to texts they receive.
Can a vendor see the whole wedding?
Only if you let them. Access is set per person, and by default a vendor sees just the items they are assigned to.
What happens if the venue has no signal?
Install the app to your home screen and the page you are on keeps working. The printed run-sheet is the fallback that always works.
How do I stop receiving texts?
Reply STOP to any message. That opts your number out immediately, across every event on Plan with JAM.
